Chrysalis Productions officially launched its Grant Program in 2005 with an intial grant of $1,500 to award-winning filmmaker, Sharon Sopher. The grants are intended as "finishing funds" for original feature-length documentary projects. Going forward, they will be distributed twice a year and will range in size from $1,000 to $2,500.
